Cancellation and Refund Policies
In the event you must cancel your registration after selection, you will receive a refund as defined below:
- Cancellation notice must be received in writing, or you may download the Cancellation Form (Words / PDF) and then fax back to us.
- No administration fee will be deducted if written notice is received on or before April 29, 2010.
- HK$1000 administration fee will be deducted and the remaining fee paid will be refunded if written notice is received on or before May 29, 2010.
- 50% of fee paid will be refunded if written notice is received no later than June 12, 2010.
- Cancellations received after June 12, 2010 will forfeit full fee.
